PATRIKAT SOFTECH. This terms and conditions/ privacy policy also govern the content and services
offered to you through the apps.

This Terms of Use Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between PATRIKAT SOFTECH (the “Author”) and “you,” the user of  our apps(Patrikat Softech Apps). Access to and use of our apps is provided subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. By using our apps, you hereby agree to these terms and conditions.

BY USING OUR APPS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THAT THE PROVISIONS, DISCLOSURES AND DISCLAIMERS SET FORTH HEREIN ARE FAIR AND REASONABLE, AND THAT YOUR AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW AND BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IS VOLUNTARY AND IS NOT THE RESULT OF FRAUD, DURESS OR UNDUE INFLUENCE EXERCISED UPON YOU BY ANY PERSON OR ENTITY.

These terms and conditions of use/ privacy policy become effective when the user accessed our apps for the first time.
Your privacy is important to us. We respect your privacy and recognize the need to protect the personally identifiable information
(any information by which you can be identified) you share with us. We value our customers and are committed to protecting your privacy.
We do not sell information about you to others. We would like to assure you that we follow appropriate standards when it comes
to protecting your privacy on our web sites. In general, you can download our Apps without telling us who you are or revealing
any personal information about yourself. We track the Internet address of the domains from which people visit us and analyse
this data for trends and statistics, but the individual user remains anonymous.
By use of our apps(Patrikat Softech Apps) you agree to our terms and conditions.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you use application, we collect some information to allow us to provide you the service, fulfill your requirement
and provide you the customer support.The information we collect includes;Mobile device information.(This includes but not
limited to device name,version,language).We also collect Download Analysis data by Google Firebase SDK.
All the data we collect are only used for App improvement. Our Apps contains Admob Ads Sdk for enabling
monetization to our apps.
Our apps do not collect any personal or sensitive information from users like Contact list,emails,etc.
Our application is committed to optimum levels of protection used internally to protect the information
handled by them under any circumstance.

NB:Opeso Plus - Cash Planner

Opeso Plus is a budget app that requires you to provide us with some personally identifiable information such as email address and

identity number.

This data is collected for app functionality and account management. We do not share personally identifiable information

collected from Opeso Plus app to third parties.

MEDICAL ADVICE DISCLAIMER

The Author provides APPs, information, content and/or data (collectively, “Information”) contained therein for informational purposes only. The Author does not provide any medical advice on the APPs, and the Information should not be so construed or used without a doctors advice.
